REFUND  & EXCHANGE POLICY. 

​

We do not refund, we will exchange ONCE ONLY on the item/s amount only (excluding postage fees). We offer a credit code up to the item/s value only on unworn items returned to us within seven working days of receipt, with the original tags intact showing no signs of wear (I.E make-up, fake tan, deodorant marks or damage from force etc) items must be in a saleable condition and we will not accept items back that we can see have been worn and washed. Once we have received the exchange item back and it has been checked a personal credit exchange code will be issued to you by email. The code can then be used on the website by entering the code in the promo section of the checkout page. The amount will be deducted off that order. The codes are not transferable and can only be used by the original purchaser.  Please ensure the exchange form is completed and enclosed in the parcel with the item you are returning. The boutique reserves the right to refuse any item returned to us in a non saleable condition, and in that instance the item will  be returned to you. All items will be checked upon return. The boutique does not exchange on the postage fee paid to Royal Mail to post your order out to you, as that fee is not kept by the boutique and therefore we cannot cover it on any exchange.  The customer pays the postage fee to post out any exchange item & to return the item to us for exchange.

1, OUR FAUX FUR COLLECTION (EXCLUDING THE AUDREY HORIZONTAL FAUX FUR JACKET) Apart from our Audrey horizontal jacket.  ALL OF OUR FAUX FUR COLLECTION IS NON-RETURNABLE DUE TO THE FACT THESE ARE CUSTOM MADE ITEMS.

Our custom made Ruby jacket is a custom made item & therefore non-returnable or exchangeable. Measurements for the Ruby jacket are on the website listing for you to refer too before you place your order with us.

2, Swimwear, underwear & earrings due to hygiene reasons.

3,Sale items.

Please ensure all items are returned to us securely parcelled up in there original packaging & returned by (SIGNED FOR MAIL ONLY TO THE ADDRESS STATED ON THE REVERSE OF THE PACKAGING WE SENT YOUR ORIGINAL ORDER IN) If you no longer have the original packaging please email us  on theemporiumboutique1@outlook.com for clarification of the return address, or alternatively contact us via our live chat feature on our website, or inbox us on our main instagram account @theemporiumboutique. Please ensure you enclose the exchange form  in the parcel stating the original order number & order name. Please tick on the form the reason for the return. Once accepted we will then send you your credit code by email.

Please note that if you would like to exchange for a preorder item, then that item will be subject to our preorder estimate on that item.  We will dispatch your exchange item out to you as soon as it arrives from the supplier. 

​

Please ensure you return your item to us securely parcelled up by signed for mail only with the appropriate form enclosed to the correct return address.  Please keep your receipt with the return tracking information for your records and incase the parcel is lost or damaged during transit back to us & you need to make a claim for compensation from Royal Mail. Hence why we ask you to use Royal Mail signed for delivery for any returns so you are covered in case of loss or damage, you can also track your return to us via Royal mails track & trace website  & can see when we have received it etc.

The boutique takes no responsibility for any items not securely parcelled up & not sent by signed for mail so that they are insured during transit & not returned too the correct return address that are then in turn damaged or lost or delivered to the wrong address. 

​

Please note that all items are checked before dispatch for marks & damage, and we would never knowingly send out any item in a faulty state or with any marks or faults. If in the unlikely event you receive your order & there is any faults or damage due to transit etc, please email or inbox the boutique ASAP & we will of  course do everything we can to assist you.

We reserve the right to amend, update or change any part of this policy at any time. By ordering with us you agree to our exchange & returns policy.
